The Korean women’s baseball team, led by Yang Sang-moon, suffered a five-inning cold game loss to Canada, 0-10, in Group A of the 2024 WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup Qualifier at Port Arthur Stadium in Thunder Bay, Canada, on Thursday (14 April). In Group A, the United States topped the table with five wins, Canada finished second with four wins and one loss, and Mexico pulled off a surprise upset to finish third in the group with three wins and two losses over Australia.
